Video uploads and derived reports are used for the Court Pro product workflow. They are not used for unrelated purposes. Court Pro may use infrastructure, billing, analytics, and support processors needed to operate the service, including cloud hosting, Stripe subscription billing, and optional connected services you choose to enable. Court Pro keeps checkout, policy acceptance, subscription, refund, dispute, and cancellation records needed to provide billing support, prevent abuse, respond to payment-provider requests, and maintain account security. You can contact support to request help with your account, exports, data deletion, or privacy questions. Court Pro provides tennis training guidance and performance preparation, not medical advice. Court Pro uses a shared anonymous visitor cookie and campaign tags for acquisition analytics across its landing page and web app. Meta page/purchase measurement and session replay are enabled only for browsers with an existing permission.
