Effective October 1, 2026. Indonesia web passes are one-time purchases paid through Doku. Monthly passes provide 30 days of access and annual passes provide 365 days after payment confirmation, as disclosed at checkout. They have no trial, automatic renewal, or future automatic charges. Another purchase extends access from the current paid expiry, or from payment confirmation if access has lapsed. Prepaid purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Court Pro subscriptions are billed immediately when checkout is completed. Annual, monthly, first-year annual-save, and in-app weekly subscriptions have no trial unless the checkout page explicitly says otherwise. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current or prior billing period. For web subscriptions, cancel from the account billing surface or contact support@courtpro.space. For subscriptions purchased through an app store, cancellation and refund requests must use that store's subscription tools and policies. If you believe there was a billing error, duplicate charge, unauthorized purchase, or account access problem, contact support before filing a card dispute so we can investigate quickly. If a charge is disputed, reversed, refunded, or identified as high risk, Court Pro may suspend or revoke paid access associated with that payment. Support: support@courtpro.space
