Effective July 15, 2026. Court Pro subscriptions are billed immediately when checkout is completed. Annual, weekly, and first-year annual-save subscriptions have no trial unless the checkout page explicitly says otherwise. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current or prior billing period. For web subscriptions, cancel from the account billing surface or contact support@courtpro.space. For subscriptions purchased through an app store, cancellation and refund requests must use that store's subscription tools and policies. If you believe there was a billing error, duplicate charge, unauthorized purchase, or account access problem, contact support before filing a card dispute so we can investigate quickly. If a charge is disputed, reversed, refunded, or identified as high risk, Court Pro may suspend or revoke paid access associated with that payment. Support: support@courtpro.space
